This is draft boilerplate so the footer link resolves during Stage 1. Before Marketing Magic has any real visitors or Stage 2 signups, replace this with a proper privacy policy — ideally reviewed against what GetResponse and Stripe will actually require once those are integrated.
What this site collects today
In its current Stage 1 form, Marketing Magic is a personal tool. It does not yet collect visitor data, run analytics, or store personal information beyond what's needed to run the application itself.
What changes later
Once email capture (GetResponse) and billing (Stripe) are added, this page will need to cover: what's collected at signup, how email addresses are used, how billing data is handled by Stripe, cookie/analytics use, and how to request data deletion.
